How far in advance should I book?
A day ahead is comfortable for most trips, and we take same-day reservations when a vehicle is free. Airport runs at peak times, holidays and large events fill up first, so book those as soon as your plans are firm.
Do you provide service to Columbus Airport?

How will I know where to meet my driver at the airport?
You will get pickup instructions and your driver's contact information before the trip. For arrivals you can choose curbside pickup or a meet-and-greet inside the terminal when you book.
